I. Deployment of Renewable Energy to Strengthen Low-Carbon Manufacturing
INTER-TECHMETALWORKS INC. is committed to advancing its low-carbon transformation and hasformally implemented renewable energy procurement and Renewable EnergyCertificates (RECs).
The Companyprocures renewable electricity and certificates from Xing Lun Electric Co.,Ltd., integrating green energy into sheet metal manufacturing processes toeffectively reduce operational carbon emissions.
This initiativerepresents a key milestone in strengthening low-carbon manufacturing andaddressing international supply chain requirements such as CBAM and Scope 3.
II. Tangible Carbon Reduction Benefits
1. Reduction of Product Carbon Footprint
The use ofrenewable energy directly reduces emission factors in processes including lasercutting, bending, and welding, thereby lowering product carbon footprint inaccordance with ISO 14067.

2. Enhancementof Scope 3 Supply Chain Reduction
Through renewable energy adoption, the Company supports customers in reducing Scope 3emissions, improving ESG disclosure and sustainability performance.
3. Verified and Actionable Carbon Data
The Company hasestablished ISO 14064-1 organizational GHG inventory, ISO 14067 product carbonfootprint, and third-party verification by AFNOR.
INTER-TECHMETALWORKS INC. is capable of providing shipment-level carbon emission data,enabling direct application in CBAM reporting and Scope 3 accounting whileenhancing customers’ low-carbon competitiveness.
III. Energy Management System Upgrade (ISO 50001)
The Company has initiated ISO 50001 energy management systemimplementation.- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laser machinery, bending operations, gas handling, and high-risk tasks
Third-party verification is scheduled for October 2026.
This willfurther strengthen systematic energy management, efficiency optimization, andlow-carbon manufacturing capability.
IV. Responding to Global Low-Carbon Supply Chain Trends
As CBAM and ESGdisclosure requirements continue to expand, supply chains are shifting from price-drivento carbon-driven selection.
The Companyenhances its competitiveness through renewable energy, carbon accounting,third-party verification, and energy management systems, positioning itself asa key partner in low-carbon supply chains.

The Companywill continue to expand renewable energy usage, implement ISO 50001, adoptlow-carbon materials, and integrate digital carbon management systems.
